We have cabbage worms on our mustard greens, and are not sure of the appropriate organic pesticide. Any thoughts?

ReplyDeleteMy favorite method of control is to handpick and remove caterpillars. After a while you get very good at locating them despite their green coloroation. And you can usually track them down by the little green specks of fras they leave behind.
You can also use Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. kurstaki), insecticidal soap (potassium salts of fatty acids), neem oil, or spinosad (a soil actinomycete). All OMRI listed.
